About Alan Kaitz

The Kaitz Family Trust is the owner of all properties within the KHI portfolio, and all such properties are under the sole management and oversight of Alan Kaitz. Unlike large property management companies, Alan personally directs every aspect of the portfolio — from maintenance and repairs to tenant relationships and lease administration.

With respect to the properties located in Ontario, Montclair, La Puente, Los Angeles, and South Gate, these assets are managed directly by Alan on a day-to-day basis. For certain outlying properties, Alan utilizes the assistance of carefully selected, local, family-owned and operated property management professionals to address routine, on-site matters and ensure prompt attention to tenant needs. Notwithstanding such assistance, all properties remain under Alan's exclusive management authority and control.

His approach is straightforward: take care of the property, take care of the tenant. Alan has cultivated long-term relationships with his tenants, many of whom have remained with him for decades. He believes that a well-maintained property, combined with fair and responsive management, is the foundation of a successful and enduring tenancy.

The KHI portfolio includes residential homes located in Los Angeles, South Gate, Ontario, Whittier, Napa, and Vallejo, as well as commercial storefronts and industrial suites in Montclair, Ontario, and La Puente. Each property is owned by the Kaitz Family Trust and operates under Alan's direct management, with local support utilized where appropriate to enhance responsiveness and service.
