Notwithstanding such assistance, all properties remain under Alan's exclusive management authority and control.

The KHI portfolio includes residential homes located in Los Angeles, South Gate, Ontario, Whittier, Napa, and Vallejo, as well as commercial storefronts and industrial suites in Montclair, Ontario, and La Puente. Each property is owned by the Kaitz Family Trust and operates under Alan's direct management, with local support utilized where appropriate to enhance responsiveness and service.
