A $50.00 application fee is required for each application submitted. Payment must be made in cash, certified funds, via Zelle (preferred), or Venmo. Use either my phone number 909-917-1340 or email address [email protected]. Applications submitted without the required fee will not be processed. The application fee will be credited towards your Security Deposit if you rent the property.
Please ensure your email address is clear and legible, as it will be used by SmartScreen to process your credit application.
I utilize Clear Screening's SmartScreen program to run credit reports. This process requires an email address to send you a link for identity verification and authorization for processing your credit report. Once you submit your application with the application fee, keep an eye out for an email from Clear Screening's SmartScreen so you can verify your authorization.
Remember to provide a valid California Driver's License, a completed & signed application, along with the application fee — otherwise your application will not be processed.
